Fumika Mohri

After graduating as a soloist last year from the Toho Gakuen School of Music, Fumika Mohri is currently pursuing further studies under Harada Koichiro and Mizuno Sachika and at Keio University. She won the Seoul International Competition in 2012 and was Second Laureate at the Premio Paganini International Violin Competition in Genoa in 2015. Mohri Fumika has worked with orchestras such as the Osaka Symphony, the Tokyo Symphony, the Korean Symphony, the Tokyo Philharmonic, and the Kanagawa Philharmonic. She has performed at the Miyazaki and Takefu international music festivals and on a recital tour of Korea in 2013. She has taken part in master classes at the Ishikawa Music Academy (Japan), the Great Mountains Music Festival (Korea), the Festival Pablo Casals in Prades (France), and elsewhere.
