VIOLIN 2005
After studying at the National University of the Arts in Korea, Park Ji-Yoon attended the CNSM in Paris, where she worked with Roland Daugareil and Jean-Jacques Kantorow, before pursuing her studies at the Salzburg Mozarteum with Igor Ozim. She won first prize in the Tibor Varga Competition in 2004 and fourth prize in the Long-Thibaud Competition in 2005. She has appeared in recital and in concert in Korea, France, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with, among others, the Orchestre National de France, the Montreal, Vilnius, Seoul, and Suwon Philharmonics, the Savaria, Bienne, and Mexico City Symphony Orchestras, and the Orchestre de Nice and at a number of European festivals.
