Semi-final piano 2016

Programme
Each session includes four of the 24 semi-finalists. Each semi-finalist performs twice, on two different days. The first two candidates will perform a Mozart concerto, accompanied by the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, conducted by Paul Meyer. The concerto will be chosen from Concertos K. 466 (No. 20 in D minor), K. 467 (No. 21 in C major), K. 503 (No. 25 in C major), and K. 537 (No. 26 in D major).
The other two will present their recital and the compulsory, unpublished work written by Fabian Fiorini : Tears of Lights. Each candidate will have prepared two recital programmes; the jury will choose one of these. The candidate and the public will get to know the programme the day before the recital.
