Brannon Cho

Brannon Cho studied under Hans Jensen, Frans Helmerson, Clive Greensmith, Wei Yu, and Ralph Kirshbaum at such prestigious institutions and events as the Heifetz Institute of Music, the Menuhin Festival Gstaad Academy, the Verbier Festival Academy, and Chamber Music Connects the World at the Kronberg Academy. He has made a big impression at a number of competitions, winning Second Prize in the Naumburg International Competition in 2015, Third Prize at the Gaspar Cassado International Competition in 2013, the Grand Prize at the ASTA National Solo Competition 2012, and First Prize at the Johansen International Cello Competition in the same year. He has collaborated with musicians such as Joshua Bell, Gidon Kremer, and Christian Tetzlaff. Brannon Cho made his debut at Carnegie Hall in New York in 2015 and has performed in public in New York, Miami, Washington, Chicago, London, and Tokyo.
